Nestled in the heart of New Zealand’s Southern Alps, Mt. Cook National Park is one of our all time favourite locations in all of New Zealand. When we decided to collaborate with Boom Blush to create some magic together, we knew that this dreamy setting, with its snow-capped peaks and serene lakes, was the perfect location to set our elopement styled shoot!

The Dress, or should I say dresses!

The shoot featured two exquisite dress changes from Boom Blush that highlighted the landscape. The first gown, Chrysanthemum, is a romantic blush pink. Inspired by the gentle yet bold Chrysanthemum flower, this dress is perfect for those who dream of a fairytale wedding.

The second dress, Ready or Not Blue, features a gorgeous soft blue tule skirt with white top inspired by the petals of flowers. This is the perfect dress for the adventurers that want to have lots of movement and total comfort on their day.

The Perfect Picnic by Picnique Queenstown

One of the shoot’s most memorable elements was the stunning picnic setup curated by Katerina of Picnique Queenstown. Katerina’s attention to detail was evident in the beautifully arranged picnic, which featured lush textiles and elegant tableware. Set against the towering mountains, this cozy picnic provided the perfect intimate moment for the couple to relax and enjoy their surroundings.

Sweet Delights: Delicious Cupcakes by Sugary Parissary

Adding a touch of sweetness to the day, Sugary Parissary delighted the couple with a selection of delicious cupcakes which not only looked gorgeous, but tased DELICIOUS!

Moonlit Magic: Capturing Romance Under the Full Moon

As the day transitioned into twilight, we stayed out until blue hour, capturing the magic of the evening under the full moon. Lanterns were lit, casting a soft, romantic glow over the scene, creating an ethereal atmosphere that perfectly complemented the moonlit landscape and the stunning star veil by Boom Blush. These have to be my favourite photos from the whole shoot!
